farewell flip-flops, hello flat-feet

[img]smileys/smiley19.gif[/img]aw guys, i just came back from the physiotherapist, and i have extremely fallen arches so i've to get a little cast of my feet made and they're going to make orthotics, which will arch my foot in my shoes, which is great cos my feet will stop hurting so much, but i wont be able to wear pretty flip flops or sandles very much.

sorry, just thought id share my moan..

awh ali thats crap! But at least youll always be comfy - im paying for not having comfy shoes at the moment!

they look nicer, not as dark. anyway, ill just have to put the little lifts into them, no flipflops or walking sandy beaches for hours though (not without a lot of pain anyway...)

ps, nothing will stop me from dancing!

i dance too ali and my arches dropped slightly a few weeks ago! i was told to do exercises but i never did and it got better which was lucky! [img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]but i was told to wear heels which is cool coz i love them! yours sound much worse tho im sorry.[img]smileys/smiley31.gif[/img]do you find it feels like your constantly standing on a huge marble?!! thats the only way i could express it to the physio anyway! [img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]
