Pedals underfoot a players song
Are pedals the future of the music in general?
Damien Rice, Andrew Bird etc. Did DAmien set the way? Any info would be good. Has he ever talked about his obvious love for pedals? |

I'm guessing you're talking about effect pedals? Damien's was far from the first to use them and he certainly won't be the last.

Rock and metal players have obviously been using pedals for decades, U2, Van Halen and shredders like Steve Vai and Joe Satriani are well-known examples.
Damo made it interesting by using effects with an acoustic, not so well known. I've posted this before, but check this guy out for amazing use of the sequencer, loved by damo http://www.collegehumor.com/movies/1660285/
