I just got back from Bonnaroo and i got say it was an absolutely amazing show. I sat waiting for them for over two hours in order to be in the third row center and it was worth every minute. I saw Damien back in April in Philly and it was a great show, but he didnt nearly seem to enjoy it as much as he seemed to enjoy Bonnaroo. The audience was great and really seemed to feed off the fun that was being had onstage. I dont know what to say...the show exceeded all my expectations and, well, i hold the gang pretty high up there. Two overly enthusiastic thumbs up!!!!!!!

Hi JillianMarie, welcome to the igloo! (dawns with furry cap and boots)it was great wasn't it. my first time seeing them live and I must say I was very pleased. in fact the whole weekend was great, what a great great festival, or as Damien put it "a f**king amazing festival," but the few hours in "That Tent" was by far the highlight. i can't wait to get the recording so i can relive that show.well, enjoy your stay here in the igloo. You'll find everyone to be nice and friendly here.

I'm confused. Are SilentNight and JillianMarie the same person? Who are you responding thanks to? I snapped some pics but they didn't turn out very well. I didn't have my camera so I had to use a disposable one. I'll try to docter them up and put them on my photobucket site which I'll post a link to later. Although I'm sure there are better pics of the gig out there. bonnaroo.com should have some eventually, and someother eskimos will probably post some.Edited by: cneill

A great Damien Rice show.....No Tomo, kind of intersting. Well worth the wait, and he did get an encore in a tent. Which not too many other artist got from what i saw. Ther professor and La fila Dans was unreal....i was shrooming my face off, right as he came out, and he made my time at Bonnaroo worth it all....Thankyou Damien, Lisa, Yvivienne, and everyone else...wow |

Me and 3 of my friends just got back from bonnaroo and i had never really given damien rice a chance but they had so of course i got drug through the freakin rain and mud to see this irish guy and girl playing a cello. any way i must say that i was extremely impressed with it and am in the process of looking for his songs i was wondering if anyone knows the name of the nina simone song that they covered and also the song with the chorus that says i dont know a good bit anyway much props to damien rice and all his fans and i must say that the female singer of the group has by far one of the most beautiful voices i have heard in a long long time.
