Oooh I wasn't around when the guitar thread was in existance - therefore it must definately be done again, as I am important.
cool, thank you! but you don't have to start another guitar thread, the old one's still here, just post your pic in there and add to the collection

Wow...! *stares* Ahh, I guess that would be pretty much how I'd look when I finally get my copy! It still hasn't arrived in the stores here yet, but should be here soon... it sucks, really. I did ask the guy at the store to let me know the moment they get it.

Love the picture of Damien! And I guess I should post a picture of my guitars in that thread sometime...

I must admit i feel kinda cool that i'm the only person in the whole world who has that poster... it's just cos there's no friggin posters of him available to buy anywhere! ever!

F*ckin thin digipack, within five minutes after having a look at the new CD the sh*tty cardboard ripped apart a little (the part where you can fold it), I would appreciate if artists would throw in a little jewel case every now and again again. And no, I handled it with care. Now I've got a very "special and unique" Damien Rice package...

I'll save up the first listening session for Friday evening and the weekend, got so much to do at the moment.

Verdict of my mother (who's usually not a big music fan, at least not independent or heavier and demanding music): "Very melancholic record, sometimes the voice of him was a bit tiresome (like Cat Stevens), but i liked that one track which was a bit rockier..."

She was born in 1963, but she's an okay mum.

My mum is always taking my cds and listening to them while she's driving...
And now she uses my old ipod and often listens to Damien, she's in love with the blower's daughter and today she seemed to particularly enjoy the animals were gone...she's born in 1967 btw, and is the greatest mum you can imagine
