the song is called "black is the colour", the most famous version of it - as far as i know is by christy moore, i think it's a cover version he's doing...

i don't have the damien-version as an mp3, but i have this one and could send it to you, if you want... i know it's not the same

i think this song suits a female voice way better.

It's an old Appalachian song with Scottish roots. I do have an mp3, but with the rubbish sound quality and the fact that it's just a fragment I wouldn't recommend having it. If you still want the song, PM me with your email.

Thank you for that video. It's funny, that song sounded so familiar to me. But then again, I grew up in Appalachia with Scottish roots so maybe that's why!
