How is her voice so pure if she smokes??? I mean, fair enough if mick jagger or damo smokes, theyve got rougher voices. But, Lisa, it just dont make no sense? Theyre not real cigarettes, i say. She purposefully made it look like she was smoking for the purposes of that video, purely to confuse the hell outta the eskimo friends. Well, i think so anyway...

yeah, i had to watch it a few times to take it all in. there is one point where the visual of damien singing, the music in the background, and the damien voice over, are all different. hard to focus. i was expecting the vocals in the music to at least match the visual, but it didn't. but intriguing enough for (several) repeat viewings.

ps: as for the 'not real' cigarettes: watch the video. lisa rolls. where i come from, that means they're as real as you can get. none of those nasty chemical additives. but why the negative connotation to smoking? why the presumption of it being bad? does the fact that lisa smokes take away from you enjoying her voice?

i think it's just damien's conversation style, it's a little unfocused.. it's funny when he's talking and then theres a long pause, and you hear him clicking his lighter, and then he picks up the conversation again..

i really enjoyed that! it's great to have a look behind the scenes and their whole songwriting and recording process.. how cool of him to put that out
