Hi~
I've read many times through various things about Damien Rice that there were some shows performed where Damien just played the guitar and Lisa performed all his songs doing lead vocals. These shows seem to me a perfect example of what is truly interesting about live recordings: completely different but connected to the original versions of the songs. Does anyone have a recording of one of the shows they'de be willing to trade? I think a lot of us not fortunate enough to be there would love to hear the songs. Thanks. |

lisa did the first two verses of cannonball, a song she normally doesn't sing at all on, at the 10/4/03 show. my recording of that one is in circulation.

No, I think it was one that was in the Temple Bar Music Centre (maybe Emmett, Geoff or someone else can correct me on that one). She did the lead vocals for the entire set. There is no recording in circulation; and unless it's being very well held onto, there's no recording at all.
