Default Lisa Playing Glasto!

I was just browsing through the confirmed listings for glastonbury this year, before i noticed Lisa is listed as appearing in the acoustic tent as a solo artist!

I hope this means a bit of a tour may follow!

Excellent!
Is it just me though, or could Damien quite easily be on the pyramid stage?

I think he could be, but if i were going i know i'd rather see someone i like on a smaller stage. Plus it means he can headline, and on the pyramid he'd probably be down the bill a bit!

Yeah me too, but i was just wondering - I think Damien throws a much better and more interesting show than a lot of those bands on the bill for the pyramid stage.

any chance of her singing with him vice versa?
i know they said the creative 'whatever' had run its course, but that doesnt mean they still cant revisit past creations!!

Depends if they're friends or not..

Hopefully they can reignite their "creative" flame at Glastonbury..

Of course they are!

But I doubt that Lisa would join Damien for his whole set. Maybe for one or two songs... as a kind of "special guest".

maybe damien could play on hers, unless they want to make statements on how they are both doing their own thing, i hope not, but if i had to guess, id say dont expect them to do anything together on stage there..

Think of it like this: If you were a musician and somehow you'd had to or felt you needed to kick a good member of your band out or they left for whatever reason (we don't know), and you were billed for the same event, would you want to play together again? I'm sure the situation is a little delicate ('scuse the pun) at the moment, so it's extremely unlikely.

Well, if Pink Floyd could share the same stage for a few songs without slitting each other's throats, anything can happen

yeah, but thats pink floyd. whether the split was amicable or not, hoping they'll play together even in brief again this soon seems sort like hoping you'll get to sleep with your girlfriend again when you go to get your stuff from her apartment after she's kicked you out of her life for good.

it's a bit too soon to have a reunion. i'm kind of curious just to see how Lisa fares on her own.
