No tickets arrived?

Hey, i bought 2 tickets from gigs and tours ont he resale date for wolverhampton, i put all my credit card details through and all that stuff. But i havnt recieved any tickets yet is this just because they arnt dispatching them so early) and i havnt had a conformation e-mail or letter?

Whats going on?? any help? anone had the same problem?

Best thing to do, call:

08712 200260

You'll need your credit card number, name, and address... they'll be able to check things for you and send a confirmation. Don't worry though - tickets aren't usually sent out for a while after you buy them.

did you select will call? if so you won't get them in the mail at all.

im pretty sure i didnt select any call thing.
