Seriously though, we're all very sorry that he can't be everywhere at once, I'm sure he'll be touring the US in the future, so you can go either fly to the nearest show now, or go to see him then. That's about as productive as this thread's going to get.

It's not like there are planes, trains, cars and buses that can take me to the next city where they are actually playing.
