Where is he?
Wasnt 10 days to Barcelona a year ago? Where he documented writing 10 songs.
Then we have seen precious little of him the last 6 months of him. |

For some sad reason, my gut tells me that Damo's best music has already been released and that he is no longer prolific...thus the reason for the "forced creativity" sesh of 10 Days to Barcelona (which produced nothing so far). :/

he's not depressed enough to write new material :P...
and if i recall correctly i remember someone (hollie?) saying that it'll take at least a year before we hear any of the Barcelona songs... lol

I would have to agree, for me i think the best of Damien Rice is the album O, i cant see how anything he writes now can compare.

Hmmm... wasn't sure this was worthy of a new thread but... I found him!
He's been partying with Salma Hayek - he was invited to her wedding! Quote:

I know this site is a love fest but no one found it particularly disturbing that damien rice was hobnobbing with the hollywood set at some billionaires wedding???!! I guess that gig in LA last year gave an indication that is where he is headed.............ah fame
Smells of sell out to this nose and gives pause for what his next cd will entail........... carry on |

Hah now that is a good one! Particularly for EF!
Jury out until the mysterious cd appears - I for one though do have a nasty feeling in my stomach when thinking about Damien sipping veuve clique with woody harrelson.......although I am sure our lustful mate did enjoy staring at Selma's er physique.......... |
