they will be announced by the 11th of this month, that's this sunday or before... probably 2-3 dates in vicar street and 1 or 2 more around the country, it's gonna sell out pretty fast i reckon...

it says on the homepage that they'll be announced this week. that's all. no dates given.

Someone posted this at the damienrice.com forum, but it could be totally made up. Some people have nothing better to do than make stuff up to see how excited other people will get. I don't know if this is true or not:

Cork: Savoy Feb 2
Galway: Black Box Feb 3
Belfast: Ulster Hall Feb 4
Dublin: Vicar Street Feb 6
Feb 7 (solo)
Feb 8

Tickets on sale Sat @ 9am

Hope its not a hoax!! 3 nights in Vicar St would be smashing!! Also relieve some of the demand for tickets.

First,I think you're trying to call me a puppet, The Kitten...what muppets have to do with this is beyond me.

Second, as ali* pointed out, I didn't write it. I didn't even give it any credence, either, so I don't see how that is irresponsible...even slightly. I specifically said it could have been made up, and I asked if other people thought it was a hoax. I didn't say it was for real...ever. It's not like I fabricated a story about damien's personal life and spread it around or something.
