question about US shows

I'm just wondering if anyone who has been to any of the shows thus far can tell me how long, on average, they've been (including Swell Season and the encore.)

I think that on average The Swell were playing from 8,10-15 til 8,50-55...then Damien from 9,10-9,15 til 11,15... So the whole thing is about 3 hours!!
