nine crimes....piano??

Just wondering if anyone knows the piano accompaniment to nine crimes? I've worked out the basic notes but not sure about the chords and the rest! Thanks!

I'd imagine they're the same as the guitar chords which, if memory serves are Dm, Bb, F, C. I think that's it...I haven't played the song in months.
