I know its Stupid, but is there actually any way of e-mailing any of the lobby regulars (like the bigger names) and see what they make of it?? mark geary said it was the best place to do a gig in ireland and seems as its the city of culture year there could be some small hope of a fund raiser??? anyone with me??? (any forum powers that be? any help??)

I doubt any fundraiser would raise 1.2Million! And it would probably need more to make any changes (if a fire-escape were needed...) And then who would run it...
Let's just hope some developer see's it's potential as a music venue.

well i know a fund raiser isnt on really but its enough to hope!!!!!!
ya i hear its not even a money problem its just theyd never get planning permission to build the fire escape onto the street? what a balls like!
