hey guys... sorry to be a pain but i figured this would be the most efficient way to find out some info... what time does this show start? i think doors are at 8? what time do you think it will end or what time does it have to end because of the venue? i might make the trek down from boston via the train but need to schedule the trip home and am thinking about a 1am or 2am train.... man this is crazy... i have to work on tuesday!

Doors are always at 7, show is always at 8 (Bell X1 will go on at 8, Damien will probably hit the stage a little after 9), it will be over promptly at 11. It's a union venue, so things are generally strictly on that schedule unless the artist wants to pay extra for going over time. Or at least that's what I've been told.

hey corey.. you probably won't find a train at that time heading toward boston.. most trains(amtrak) leave mostly before 10 or 11.. then start back up in the morning. check amtrack's website.

Actually there is a 3 am out of Penn station every morning that should get you to boston at 7:30. Party all night after the show and sleep the way home. Go on, be a rock star.

CheersCorey, I'm heading down to the Beacon from Providence, RI. I checked the trains, they're $110 round trip and one leaves Penn station at 12:30 am (probably too early) and another at 3:00 (too late). I'm thinking about driving, let me know if you're interested in sharing the ride. I'll probably leave Providence around 3:00pm and get back around 3:00am.

ps. I listened to yourCannonball cover it's very good. I'm a 44 yr old male smoker with a '97 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has a working radio and broken casette player.

no no no! kristi... i said no cause i didn't want to keep you hangin on about the ticket cause i wasn't sure and didn't want you to get screwed... i was simply looking into it more to see if i could make it down there and then i would have begged and pleaded for the ticket but it just wasn't looking possible for me to make it down... i've been calling in sick too much and partying like a rock star too often during the week these days... we're very very cool... thanks for the offer and have an amazing night tomorrow kristi and EVERYONE!

directed mainly towards anyone familiar with new york ---i was thinking... it might be easier for me if i drove to hoboken and took transit to get to the city... but once i get to 33rd street, i still have to get to 74th yeah? so should i grab a taxi or walk?

kristi.. it may be raining tomorrow evening.. i checked the weather for NYC.. and there is a 50% chance of showers.. so you may want to look into a cab.. or subway.

well, if you are talking about he 33rd st. station as the one that is Penn Station.. then all you have to do is locate the subway for the A or C Subway. TAke the A/C Uptown to 72nd St.(Central Park West).. then walk two blocks north to 74th.. make a left.. and go another few blocks to broadway and the Beacon is right there. cheaper than a cab

I think it would be easier for Kristi to take the 1, 2, 3 or 9 to 72nd street and broadway. You can get on at Penn Station and the exit at 72nd street is a block and a half from the theater.
