flogging molly...discuss

great irish band, originated in los angeles but lead singer is straight from dublin. its a 7 piece band which includes:drummer, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, banjo/mandolin, fiddle/tin whistle, and accordian. these guys and gal are the greatest and if you havent heard their stuff i suggest you check it out.

Did they do 'Drunken Lullabies'?? I vaguely remember Mark And Lard playing that song?!I remember it sounding very 'Pogues'y', is that a good description of their stuff?? (Thats a good thing by the way, LOVE The Pogues)

Yes they do sound like the pogues but a lil bit more modern and punkish, not as traditional but just as good.

Drunken Lullabies is their newest album although they will be coming out with one soon. "Swagger" is their 2nd album, and "alive behind the green door" is their first album which is also live.

those are bothfantastic songs...also check out: black friday rule, the likes of you again, if i ever leave this world alive, and the rare ould times.
