The Netherlands- Amsterdam- Europe. The World?

I was hoping to find a hidden part of the internet to do this search, and this is probably hidden well enougth. I want to interrail around europe come august. Does any1 kno of a few intimate places they have found in Amsterdam? I know Paridiso...

Or, hang about, how about anywhere in Europe. Intimate little places that you have found in your home places or abroad? If their too intimate to give a direct name how about simply a street name and then i'll find them by ourselves.

I have a horrible feeling this will be ignored to the depths of page 600 or whateve, but it would be nice for souls to trade places, like music tracks that others can visit, and didnt learn about from some massive company or brouchere.
