hope it works out for that kid. he seems a bit snobby, but loads of kids like that grow out of it, he is after all 6. It's a bit worrying that she won't let him play football.

I feel so sorry for that poor kid. "Marc says he has two best friends. They are both adults and musicians: Bernstein and his piano teacher, Steve Cook of the Colburn School of Performing Arts in downtown L.A." That's so terribly upsetting, he doesn't have any friends his own age. How on earth will he manage when he grows up? How will he learn to interact with people his own age & make friends? Fair enough he may be damn good at his music playing but in the long run that can't make him happy.

i'm with beevers on this one. i am also jealous of the little boy. in his short live he's achieved what some of us can only dream about. if he's happy playing the piano instead of playing football, good for him. but i also think at some point in his life he'll think he's missed out on being a kid but that's something he'll realize years from now.

And if hes happy and passionate about playin his music, and havin so much to do with music, then i think he wont really look back and regret not playin foot ball, or watchin TV!!! I think he should do what makes him happy, and not what everybody else does!!

I think i partially agree with u. I know some verry inteligent people who are verry snobby. t'aint good. and i'm sure that if this childer were to here you or i playing out our heart and soul, he'd say it was crap. Dno, i think kids should get their hands dirty. and the experiences that u have as a kid with other kids really will help u out as a person. I hope he'll be ok. and as talented as he may seem and how highly he talks, he's still just a little boy.
