Rikkert: haha, you know him? yeah had a wee slsk chat with some dutch guy - think he was dl'ing some damien from me or something - didn't know he was a friend of yours. small world that, eh? seems like a very nice guy, i found it funny to bump into a dutch guy like that the day before i was to go to dutchieland.

Marloes, Hazey, Marc, Sarah and Tony: SO glad to have met you all, I just feel so sad now that we don't live closer! We loved staying in A'dam, we met such nice peops it was tough to leave again. Marloes showed us around town the first day and made us acquainted with great falafal stands and the thong guy who does his magic climbing a rope as close to naked as a guy with shiny fabric between his buttocks gets. we were all strangely fascinated..
Thursday Morten and i had a lovely day with hazey and a girl from a forum hazey and morten frecquent, did a tiny bit of fondling at the vondelpark (too rainy for any more fondling i guess), went for a canal roundtrip with valuable information about the dikes protecting amsterdam, and visited hazey's very empty school buildings. lovely to meet you haze!

Yesterday Marloes picked up Morty and me in amsterdam and after an incredible amount of time and confusion due to train problems we finally got to utrecht to meet marc and have hollandse drops (think i've gotten addicted to them now!) and discover that there was a replicate of danish cultral treasure, the jelling stone, by the dom church of utrecht. the dutch-danish connection seems to be going WAAAAY back. in the evening sarah and her bf tony were done with moving for the day and joined us for dinner. i really had a great time last night, so nice to meet all of you

Oh, and sorry about last night, Marc, Sarah and Tony - i guess i got a bit too stoned from that stuff the kind irish walking coffeeshop (

) gave to us, i felt a bit beside myself at the end of the night so i wasnt too interesting to talk with i guess

I've never had so much trouble figuring out how to use a cash machine

well let's just say i kept morten entertained all the way from utrecht to abba...

Hope to meet you all again, maybe next time at a damien gig or record launch or something, yeah?

Yeah I got a bit excited yesterday when I was browsing through the DVDs, lots of screen grabs on my pute.

Will also send some piccies your and Morty's way. I think there are only two of the two of you together. :-/ Should've taken more. Next time!

Do come back. Or maybe we should all scoot on over to Denmark. Waiting for Damien to release a new album seems kinda futile at this point. :-P
