Died last night "in his sleep" aged 58

His success never really escalated to what could have been but he was always a beautiful hidden gem in both his music and personality..

i have to be honest, i´ve barely listened to him… but they´re talking about him and his music, and palying some of his songs on the radio right now.
i like what you wrote simon, i will add to your “sleep well” wish.

The album "Still Got the Blues" was huge here in DK - so much so that I still get the *urrgh* when I hear 'Oh pretty woman' or the title track. But he had a great voice, and was a really good guitar player.
