With Ryan Adams releasing THREE, count 'em, brand new albums (doesthe man ever rest?!), Josh Rouse's "Nashville" due out in just a few teeny tiny weeks, and the very cool new album by Bright Eyes... 2005 can't possibly go wrong in that department. Wheeeeeeeeee!

Which albums arethe rest of eskimos excited about?

if radiohead get their sh*t together for a new album that would be nice, and maybe some bellx1, damien rice, queens of the stone age, pixies, mark lanegan band... and of course if a treasure trove of unreleased mic christopher songs were to be found that also might be nice.

I'm not counting on a Damien album until I hear a confirmed release date.

Yeah, Josh ROUSE is (not to be confused with Josh Ritter). "Nashville"is out February 22nd in the States and Valentine's Day in the rest of the world. Of course, Soulseekis a great friend of the impatient (yours truly included). And oh my god is the album good! It's on a par with "1972", but completely different.

And not to be a spoilsport, but is anyone honestly expecting Mr. Rice to make us all happy with a new album this year? No one wantsit to be true more than we do, but I really don't see it happening.
