Hi ! I guess there's a lot of musicians here. My second guess is that there's a lot of fans of Damiens music here.....Wouldn't it be cool if we made a unofficial tribute cd to the man ? Just an idea.. |

this idea comes up on every mailing list group at some point or another. I'm on a My Bloody Valentine mailing where there are about 150-200 members and so far they've released two volumes of Several Bands Galore inspired by the music of MBV. I came up with the title

I'll postmy version of cold water mp3 that i've done at home on the site that emmett uses for mp3's and you can hear it for yourselves and maybe let me have some feedback, the female vocalist has just turned 16 (yes 16) she was 15 when we recorded it, see what you think. The whole thing was done done in logic and all audio was captured using an AKGc100s and straight in through a breakout box atached to a waveterminal 192M soundcard. The mp3 is here now. http://www.our-adams-family.co.uk/ad...damienrice.htm the rest of the site is just about me and my family, it's being updated at the moment, my 5 and a half year old son is lending a hand! He's just recording a version of the blowers daughter part two incidently as he loves it!! I will probabily create a part of the site for dr covers from you guys on there as well. We'll see.
