hey all, i've been here a bit off and on but never did this i guess so hi, i'm jon. that 5/30/03 damo recording that's floating around is mine..i'm planning on recording him in la 10/4 and sd 11/21..i guess that's all for now. take care.

I care too! Have the El Rey recording. I love that bit at the end of Cheers Darlin' when he does the phone noises and calls a taxi for outside Doyle's beside Trinity!

Hey are you the guy who has been posting on anyoneseenthebridge.com about taping the LA show? I've got the same username on both places so I was curious. affirmative. i've been on the bridge but have a different s/n there. i did tape the show and it'll be out soon. as most will probably know full band shows are VERY extreme loud vs quiet parts so i have to do some editing/normalization/etc to try and make it sound more normal without losing the feel of the show. it's taking a tad longer than expected.Edited by: AllThatLies

you're a true hero. Am from Europe, so was completely unaware of this taping-thing, but Mario's FTP-site and those recordings made me and quite a few other dutch fans very happy. Thanks!

Welcome and thanks for taping the shows - gotta figure out how to ge my hands on some of these recordings. The Philly show I went to had two tapers - one was the sound guy and one was a radio stations and neither were willing to get me a copy.

That you are going to the trouble of normalizing really is a testament to what a hero you in fact are to the Damien fan community.
