Here's the setlist of the only proper full gig (not counting festivals) in 2008, in Reykjavik:
1 Fool 2 Delicate 3 Coconut skins 4 Older chests 5 Rootless tree(piano) 6 Childish 7 Amie 8 Eskimo 9 one minute x Song #5 from 10 Days to Barcelona (piano) 10 The professor 11 Elephant 12 9 crimes (piano) 13 Volcano (w. audience singing divided in 4 groups) 14 Cannonball - unplugged ---- 15 The blower's daughter 16 Cold water (w. Amy Kuney) 17 Cheers darlin (w. 20 people from audience on stage including me I'd say you're gonna get a similar setlist hopefully with same more newies, and same rare songs instead of Fool. There's a bunch of songs he's been playing in all shows since 9 (Volcano, The blower's daughter, Delicate, The professor, Cannonball). I'd say you're gonna get them no matter what...

While we're talking about 10 days to barcelona, I was looking at ninecrimes.it and according to it, when Damo talked to the Trinity students, he played a new song.

^Forgot about that, it's the same song that he did it in Reykjavik (Song 5) but on guitar instead of piano... pity no one taped it or put it online...

I think he may go more conservative - has he ever played south america - not to my knowledge? If he hasn't he may go more traditional - I think Reykjavik may have been a bit of an excpetion rather than the rule - he was very mainstream if I recall at Traena (still can't believe we missed it!) anyway hope the shows are awesome and that he does play some of the new stuff.........and that it gets recorded! |

I won't be shouting for Blower's Daughter. Or Cannonball. Those are the two songs I don't need to hear, although I'm sure they'll be played.
Best case scenario for me is Insane (eva_arg, if we're both hollering for it maybe he'll play it for us) or anything new. I'll join you in the 10 Days to Barcelona shout, Verenita! What a demanding second row |

well, i can promise you that. but a lot of argentinian people know damien because of closer movie, so... i wouldn´t be surprised if i hear someone to shout for this song. and, i must to say, i wouldn´t be bother if he wants to sing it anyway... i´m not sure if i´ll can help myself asking for "sand". but i´ll be pretty eloquent since i´ll wear "i´m not a grain of sand" t-shirt (my avatar). i don´t know, maybe i can´t say a single word during the whole gig. timmy... gláucia will be at la trastienda as well...

Just to clarify I said "promise not to shout Blower's Daughter" because either gig I've been at every five econds someone shouts out "play TBD" so it must drive Damo mad, not because I don't like the song.
Not long left guys!! |

Anyone's planning to shout "Where's Lisa?" just for the lulz?

He played at the Trinity Historical society because he is a former graduate from the university I believe.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the original "Get This Party Started" cover was played at UL. Couldn't give you a date though. I think Damo is a bit big for the college scene these days! |

I'm thinking about shouting out the name of a song he hasn't written yet.
It'd make for a serious dose of deja vu
