The new Bill Coleman thread
Couldn't find the old one and i wanted to share this newsletter (really, anyone who are able in the dublin area should go, i have a feeling this guy is great live!):
Hello there folks - hope you're all keeping well now... Couple of things for you, firstly, Bill will be talking various forms of nonsense this Thursday on Anna Livia 103.2FM between the hours of 9 and 10 of the pm. He will also be playing some songs live in studio and also (gasp) tracks from the forthcoming album (that are in a fit state to play, that is...) I think you'll only be able to pick this up if you're in Dublin - apologies to the various people in New Zealand, Cork, Athlone, Oz, Denmark, New York etc but that's the way the cookie crumbles folks... Secondly (and rather more excitingly for us folks) various floods of blood, sweat and tears expended over the last few eons have borne fruit and the first EVER (no, really) Bill Coleman gig with a full band will happen November 4th - that's a Friday - upstairs in Toners pub on Baggot Street. We think this will be fun. Do come. Good luck & thanks! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To visit the site, go here: www.bcoleman.com hehe, i will probably be the various person subscribing in denmark...

He is great live!! When I heard him he played three songs I hadn't heard before, presumably from the album. And I tell you, if they're anything to go by.... WOW!! Something to seriously look forward to!!
