Default Ryan Adams - Jacksonville City Nights

Well, it's more (alt-)country that all Whiskeytown albums combined. Me thinks this übercountry 2005 trilogy is a stroke of genius after Love Is Hell and lloR 'N kcoR.

Whatchu reckon, folks?

i think ryan should hold back some of his material and only release the essential - too much musical spam imo.

(not that he has to wait 4+ years as certain others...)

Aren't all three albums meant to be released before this year ends? I'm still a tad confused, given that the album released in September was actually going to be called that: September, and not Jacksonville City Nights. Then there was an album or a rumour going around one of the albums was gonna be called Jacksonville (guess that became JCN).

i think cold roses is far better than jacksonville city nights, but nontheless it's a good album. i read in an interview that he writes round about 60 songs when he records a new album, so why not to release them?!

Here's a little known fact: Ryan Adams is the Energizer Bunny in disguise. The man is just non-stop. I sure don't wanna be around when the battery runs out.
