so yeah, does anyone know what the story is?
i was on yesterday to get the presale tickets, but all this crap about the balcony or downatairs, and the different passwords confused me so i wasnt able to get tickets

and the lack of a creditcard all today, didnt help!!
but if you log on to ticketmaster now theres a section that says:

GROUND FLOOR FANCLUB POST SALE - NO ALCOHOL

and you have to "Enter Special Offer Code or Password"

anybody help me out with that one?
