It's called Be My Husband. It's not on any album but I'm pretty sure it's on the mp3 page on this site [And one of my more pedantic friends pointed out to me that it's actually written by Andy Stroud (she was married to him for a while) - a nice useless bit of trivia]Edited by: spiff

Was it a Damien/Lisa version of Ne me quitte pas that you downloaded and if so where did you get it?

where or how would I get a copy of the 'Live at Union Chapel' CD? I have a copy of the 'Live in LA (KCRW)' CD but have never heard of the Union Chapel one.

You could buy it on ebay for an exorbitant price or hope that someone nice will copy it for you and trade it for something...

No, it was the real version. It wasnt a cover. I guess it wasn´t relevant to bring that up here. I did it because i thought that we were talking about the interview with damien where he mentions Nina simone. Forget that i ever brought it up..

It was relevant to bring it up here seeing as Damien mentioned Jacques Brel as being one of his favourite songwriters in the interview on Today FM that Emmett has up on the mp3 page. Had a listen to Jacques Brel's version and a version that Nina Simone sang and it is agood song. He gets a bit poetic in parts though... Laisse-moi devenir (Allow me to become) L'ombre de ton ombre (The shadow of your shadow) L'ombre de ta main (The shadow of your hand) L'ombre de ton chien (The shadow of your dog) ...the shadow of your dog?? That's taking stalking to a new level
