just got the CDx2+DVD on the mail!!! I'm watching the DVD right now and it's just fantastic!!!! I was expecting just a live performance, but it's more than that, it's like a documentary, with the live show but lots of interviews & talking between songs...

the only low point is the choir that comes in for 2 songs, I couldn't hear them at all, not sure if it's my speakers but couldn't hear them singing...

^i got glens tweet about that too.. haha (yes glen has his OWN twitter account :P (Glen_Hansard). Very interesting video.... Unique.... but I can dig it... love the rain pouring in from the upper left at the end haha... u can see sunlight in one shot behind glen then the next one is mar and the lighting coming in from the night and the last shot at night with the one sided rain and u can see the arch in it's path. haha..

anyways.. awesome awesome video. i enjoyed it.

Sorry I haven't been around the Igloo in so long guys, but the DR news were trickling down so slow. Anyways, I thought I'd come in here and ask if anyone from the Igloo is going down to the Swellies show in Toronto tonight? Massey Hall, and I'm very excited about seeing them! My first time. I picked up Strict Joy yesterday and I LOVE it! Not as much as the ONCE soundtrack but still an awesome awesome album!

On other news, the album enters at #16 in the US Album Charts!!!! That's a real achievement, hardly any European acts do so well... Guess it compensates the lack of love in the UK, where they missed the top 100...
