I like it.

It's like REM's "Everybody Hurts" - sometimes you just need someone to tell you everything will be ok.

try meditating to the end of the song, cilly, it's very calming.. though you're right, some buddhist chanting from damo at the end would have been cool as well..
Heh, actually I have only tried to meditate once when i was a youngster, and I just felt it hurt my back and then the instructor told me that there was a pearl or a diamond inside my head and nothing else, and I didn't want no goddamn jewelry inside my head, haha.. I am curious to learn though, David Lynch's intensive probaganda for meditation has attracted me to it.

Oh, the topic... Right.

Marmite is awesome, though.

Before I saw him live, I really didn't care about it and it seemed a bit dull but he played an amazing version live and I've loved it since then.

it seems to me to be......... like when your exhausted after you've been fighting passionately for something. Or any stress for that matter, and you're so emotionally taxed that all you can do is fall asleep. I think it's tender and beautiful.

I don't hate anything Damien produces... but this is one I always skip when it pops up...

And yes it is very Cold Water, which I love, but a little too similar.

OH NO!!! Am I seriously criticizing my hero?!?!!?

Marti... you just brought out something I'm not comfortable with!!!!

Listen to this live version of What this night is for/Sleep don't weep medley on piano, maybe you'll find a new appreciation for the song

This version is not fair, because teamed with Never been in This Place Before, even a David Hasselhoff song would be awesome :P

For me it depens on my mood. Sometimes I skip it, sometimes I look for it... but it's not my favourite song on the CD, that's for sure...
