UTV has a programme called 'The Brits are coming' on NOW... looking at the nominees for the Brits... Damien might be featured... In fact he's likely to be as many people won't know him and he's up against Justin and 50cent etc... GO WATCH!!!

Here we go, more anti-english sentiments.

It was a struggle for me, with my family being irish, but me being english. I never could understand why everyone in ireland hated english people, why there was an instituionalised anglophobia. But there is.

Unfortionaltely, it's only one way, as the irish no all so much, and all so little. English people don't really give a sh*t and are pretty ignorant. We don't actually know anything.

However, in the very early stages of tribal society, or the darkages or whatever, it was actually the Irish who invited an English clan over for a fight. FOR FUN. This confuses me. However there was a bargain made, and the English clan won. Don't believe me, LOOK IT UP. Coem down to oxford and check out Blackwells and grab yourself a history book.

There was later problems. However. I don't really give a sh*t. And I thyink its time the irish chilled the f**k out. you're not f**king angels either.

So unabashed know this, most people in Ireland DO NOT hate the English... we shout for teams playing against ye just because we like to see the little guy do well, but we don't hate ye. Most of it is in jest.

They gave awards for categories they hadn't nominated anyone for and none for topics they had nominated for... like best international solo act... which Damien was up for... so did he get an award? If not who got it? Did anyone? Me is VERY confused...
