St Philips gig in St Philips, Manchester - where is it and how to get there?!!

Starting to get very excited about this gig in a few days, but can't find much about where the venue is, other than its a church in Salford! Anyone know where it is and how to get there from city centre?

Sorry tired and its obviously showing in my sentences. Anyways, i've googled again and answered my own question. Here are some maps that i found useful, should anyone be in the same boat. Does anyone know which buses go near the venue though?
