i can't imagine we'll be influencing damien, he tends to be musically independent of messageboard ranting methinks.

i'd like to see then go, the blower's daughter part ii, me my yoke and i, nine crimes, insane, fool, baby sister, grey room, face, woman like a man, the professor & accidental babies. Also maybe my city sh*tty, rootless tree & tongue</font>

me too, Front Door is my favourite... but i think it's more likely to be on the 3rd album if he ever records it... i'd also like toffee pop, but i prefer it when damien plays it acoustically, rather than the big loud rock version...

i have never heard the "big loud rock" version of toffee pop, only the acoustic. i cant really picture that song other than on an acoustic. hmmm.

its pretty safe to say that woman like a man, blowers daughter 2 and me, my yoke and i are on the next album, being that he has hinted at that in various interviews. he does have a good amount of unreleased stuff that he has played a great deal. it will be interesting to see the track listing for the next album and see what we havent heard yet.

its interesting because while all or most of his unreleased material is really really good, i dont see alot of it "fitting" into an album. its hard to explain, i could clarify i guess, if need be.

I'd imagine that he'll stick to his idea of an angry album, which would automatically eliminate sand, toffee pop, wooden horse and other songs of their ilk. There's no way that we'll ever hear an album from him again where we haven't heard the songs, but i hope there's one or two songs i haven't heard on there.

its just that i cant see hearing the ending of a song and then waiting for the next track and then hearing the first chord of say sand. i dont know, im not saying its not possible, but it just in my head i cant picture it. i dont know.
