i´m going back to argentina tomorrow morning for three weeks. i don´t need it, but now i´m thrill!

it feels so goog to have a break from ireland in argentina... and even better to have a return flight to the emerald isle

oh, and i have almost 10 hours in amsterdam, so i can add another city to my "places that i´ve been to" list

Looking for a way to pack the new record I found this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vxnC...source=message

It's cheap, I can do it using recycled paper and I can print cover/songlist on it. Hoorrayyy!!!

Oh, great! It feels nice to be able to help people with your profession, I was giving cooking lessons to ex-bestie-who we do not talk anymore due to.. him being a reckless jerk- anyway sorry, not the point, what I'm saying is I truly miss those days.

Yesterday I've returned from a one-week trip to record with a singer I met last year when we hitchhiked together for two days. I'll visit her again after the weekend to take almost all of march to record the album at her place, a place that has no furniture, no fridge, no tv, no internet, no clocks on walls but lots of blankets and pillows and big windows and there's always soup ready in the kitchen. To live like cavemen and conjure ghosts, what a life, haha! (I've got secret links to fresh recordings. If anyone's interested, send a message! I'll be a bit hidy till we're done in a few weeks.)

yesterday we made the cover for the new record. a few months ago there was a song called "shelves" that i wrote on my return from the autumnal roads to my winter camp near berlin. it had the word "shelter" in it and it somehow drew the line for the record. it was also then when I met Anika who's now singing and making the record with me. so... when we started recording a few weeks ago i had a plan for the record, knowing what I wanted it to be like. but as it often goes, the last days were about letting go and opening up. now it's sleepless nights to catch spirits and ghosts. to find shelter.
