Nobel concert in Oslo OSLO: Global stars paid a visit to Oslo to take part in the Nobel Peace Prize Concert.

The impressive line-up included chart-toppers Westlife, Sugababes, Duran Duran, Damien Rice and Katie Melua as well as Welsh opera singer Katherine Jenkins.

The days from 9-11 December were a weekend in the spirit of the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo with such events as the Nobel Peace Prize Concert, opening of a new exhibition about this year’s prizewinners and the Peace Prize Ceremony.

The artists from around the world gathered in Oslo to spread the message of peace and pay tribute to this year’s winners.

Anyone have any other details? I didn't even know he was attending/performing!

Okay... I have a feeling the source has no idea what they're talking about. The performers were actually Diana Ross, Il Divo, Jason Mraz, The Script, Robyn, Dierks Bentley, Marit Larsen, Julieta Venegas, Seun Kuti, Elina Vähäla, Nick Davies, and The Norwegian Radio Orchestra

i´ve just watched it...
he´s unbelievable! (almost) everybody was dressed up and he wore his patchwork shirt... i´ll say it in argentine spanish: ¡un capo!, lol.
he just couldn´t be cuter at the final song

i'm glad you're enjoying it! i know, i love how he puts so little emphasis on appearances.. it's funny. is that what un capo! means?

he's just himself wherever he goes.. and yeah he's really digging it on that last song

un capo (or fenómeno) is kinda a genious, but it´s a more relaxed word... i wish i could find the right traslation, by i´m afraid there´s no one. that´s why is argentine spanish (argentinism or lunfardo). maybe eva can help me.

yeah, sure! I've been seeding it for a week now and I'll leave on while I'm away. it's going slow but at least it's helping a bit
